Mexican Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  • 1 cup stale white bread crumbs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper    
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 lb lean ground beef and 1/2 lb ground chorizo
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Taco Sauce

    Instructions

    Combine bread crumbs, milk, onion, cumin, cayenne, celery salt and fresh cilantro in a large bowl. Add the beef and mix by hand until evenly blended. Make finger size cylinders and fry in pan for 5 minutes. Place onto sliced tortillas, roll and skewer. Drizzle with taco sauce.
